The Board of Directors of Cauayan Medical Specialists Hospital (CMSH) showed appreciation to its employees through the distribution of Christmas baskets, jackets, and cash bonuses. These year-end incentives recognize the productivity, dedication, and hard work of the CMSH workforce, whose efforts continue to sustain quality healthcare services for the community.
Corporate President Atty. Ernesto, Jr. A. Piedad, during the short employee assembly, thanked the employees for their sacrifices and encouraged them to remain united and compassionate in serving patients and strengthening CMSH as an institution. Meanwhile, CMSH Chairman of the Board Dr. Edwin P. Villanueva reminded everyone that true happiness goes beyond material rewards and is rooted in family, contentment, and the commitment to provide service that truly meets patients’ needs. In return, CMSH employees expressed their gratitude and reaffirmed their commitment to further improve their work and service to the hospital and the community.
