Cauayan Medical Specialists Hospital (CMSH) recently held two incredibly successful team-building events at the beautiful Villa Saturnina Beach Resort in Santa Ana, Cagayan (June 6-7 & 13-14). These rejuvenating weekends brought our dedicated teams together, fostering collaboration, strengthening bonds, and reaffirming our commitment to continuous improvement. The atmosphere was vibrant, filled with laughter and a shared passion for providing exceptional patient care. Engaging activities enhanced communication, inspired innovative solutions, and facilitated open dialogue, contributing to a stronger, more unified CMSH team.

The success of these events was significantly boosted by the generous ₱1,500 allowance provided by our Board of Directors. This thoughtful investment demonstrates their unwavering commitment to their employees and fostering a positive work environment.
