HOW CAN I MANAGE MY BLOOD PRESSURE?
Mga maaring gawin upang makontrol ang presyon sa dugo.

✅ Weight Loss (Magbawas ng timbang)
Kung ikaw ay obese or overweight, magbawas ng timbang upang mapanatili ito sa normal weight. Magbawas ng timbang ng dahan dahan at huwag mag crash diet.

✅ HEALTHY DIET (Masustansyang Pagkain)
Kumain ng gulay, prutas at whole grains (oats, brown rice) pati na rin low-fat dairy products, isda, manok at nuts. Limitahan ang pagkain ng matatamis, softdrinks and red meats.

✅ EXERCISE (Ehersisyo)
Mag-ehersisyo at least 90 to 150 minuto kada ng isang linggo.

✅ REDUCED INTAKE OF DIETARY SODIUM (SALT)
(Bawasan ang pagkain ng maaalat)
Iwasan ang mga pagkaing matataas sa asin gaya ng mga processed foods, may mga artificial na flavor, limitahan ang pagkain ng tuyo.

✅ MODERATE ALCOHOL INTAKE
Kung umiinom ka ng alak, Limitahan lamang ito sa equal or < 2 drinks kada araw para sa mga lalaki and equal or < 1 drink para naman sa babae kada araw. Avoid binge drinking. thank (10g of Alcohol/drink)

✅ ENHANCE INTAKE OF DIETARY POTASSIUM
Kumain ng saging, patatas, mushroom, white and black beans, watermelon, avocado, kangkong, kamatis, salmon, broccoli at yoghurt. Kumain ng maraming potassium unless ito ay contraindicate gaya ng kung ikaw ay may sakit sa kidney.

ANO ANG BLOOD PRESSURE MO??

BAKIT KAILANGANG ANG BLOOD PRESSURE AY PANGALAGAAN??

Kapag ikaw ay may mataas na presyon ng dugo (Blood Pressure) 130/80 mmHg pataas, ito po ay delikado dahil sa pinapahirapan nito ang ating puso, tumitigas ang mga ugat, at maaari ring maging sanhi ng STROKE (pagbara or pagdurugo ng utak) or pagkasira ng ating bato (kidney). Kung hindi makokontrol ang pagtaas ng ating presyon sa dugo (Blood pressure) maaring magkaroon ng sakit sa puso, bato, utak at pagkabulag.

Ang mataas na presyon ng dugo ay maaring makontrol, mapababa o maiwasan mga komplikasyon — Kung susundin ang mga sumusunod:

♥️ Magkaroon ng HEALTHY EATING PLAN na mayroong pagkain na mababa sa ASIN (sodium), mga pagkaing hindi maaalat.
♥️ HEALTHY WEIGHT
♥️ Mag-exercise at least 2 hours and 30 minutes per week
♥️ Kung ikaw ay umiinom ng alak, do it in moderation

Kung ikaw ay mayroon ng highblood at nakapag-check up na sa doktor, inumin ang mga ni-resetang gamot and sundin ang nasa itaas.
