Vitamin B1(thiamine) involve in energy production via the metabolism of carbohydrates. Found in Whole grains, brown rice, egg yolks, legumes, organs, pork, enriched/fortified products such as cereals, seaweeds, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, watercress, oats, spirulina, alfalfa and herbs including chickweed, nettles, parsley, fennel seed, fenugreek, peppermint, red clover and raspberry leaf. The optimum daily Intake recomended : 50-100mg
