Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining inventory and distribution of medical and non-medical supplies/equipment and medicines and sees to it that all delivered items are precise and in good conditions.

Qualifications:

1. 30 years old and up
2. College Graduate
3. Computer Literate
4. Knows how to do inventory is a plus
5. Efficient & Diligent
6. Honest & Trustworthy

Professional Cook
Job Summary:
The Professional Cook prepares and cook meals according to the planned menu and monitors methods of food handling preparation, meal service and equipment cleaning, know how to do costing and inventory management.

Qualifications:

1. High school graduate or equivalent
2. Follow oral and written instruction discreetly
3. Responsible for the proper care and maintenance of all cooking equipment
4. Must subject themselves to security check before and after reporting for duty to avoid pilferage of kitchen supplies
5. Prepare and cook meals according to planned menu for in-patients and for special functions in the hospital
6. Coordinate with the dietitian regarding the daily food supply needed for the meal preparation per daily basis
7. Reports to the dietitian all the problems or concerns regarding food preparation and kitchen equipment malfunction
