Dati, everytime na kumakain ako ng malalansang isda, hipon, manok o itlog. Nangangati ang mukha ko pati na ang dibdib at likod ko. After ng pangangati, napapansin ko nalang namumula na ang mukha ko to the point na parang sunog na ito.

BREASTFEEDING MOM TESTIMONY!

Hello mga Mommies.... Gusto ko lng e share sa inyo yong na experience ko noong five months old si baby dahil sa naging kunti hanggang sa nawala na ung supply ko sa milk. So nag use ako ng formula pero gustong gusto ko padin sana sya e breastfeed. Ang ginawa ko kahit tulog na sya nka latch on padin kasi iniisip ko bka sakali maka produce pa ako ng milk sayang din naman iyon. Mga two months after na introduce ng husband ko ang barley powder e try ko daw para mka sleep ako at pampawala ng stress din un kasi naawa sya na kulang ako sa tulog dahil nga gising sa gabi hindi na ako makabalik sa pag tulog. Now @ 9 months hindi ko alam kung saan nanggaling ang milk, nakaka produce ako ng sobrang dami. As in nakikita ng mga friends ko dito sa Oman na kahit 9 months na ang lo ko nabubusog pa sa akin dahil sa sobrang na poproduce ko ng milk. Kaya mga mommies iwasan ma stress para maganda ng production ng milk para ating mga lo.
