Shipping Update for UAE Pre-orders (May and June ETA)
Unfortunately, the shipment is still in Dubai due to the ongoing Middle East conflict. The items were already loaded into the container last month but have not yet passed the Strait of Hormuz, and shipments remain on hold due to restrictions in the area.
When the cargo was picked up a month ago (yes, 1 month na po 😔), we were advised that there was an alternative route, and we even paid an additional charge for this. However, as the situation developed, access has become limited, and priority is being given to essential goods only.
The latest update from the cargo handler is that they are considering rerouting through Oman. We are closely monitoring the situation and hoping for movement REAL SOOOON 🙏🏻
Batch Updates:
• Batch 8 (April ETA): ETA April 20 + customs clearance and delivery to our house. So most likely end of month or first week of May. No need for refund, hindi po to naipit sa Middle East
Products included: Lattafa Yara, Ameerat, Elizabeth Arden Green Tea
• Batch 8 (May ETA): Affected by the conflict. Delays are expected. If you prefer a refund, please message me with your QR code.
Products included: Clinique, DKNY, Delilah, other Elizabeth Arden scents
• Batch 11 (June ETA): Although affected by the conflict, the ETA is still within the expected timeframe. However, we can also offer a refund. Please message me with your QR code/s.
Products included: Smart Collection, Al Rehab Officer, Benetton
