The placebo effect is fantastic proof, that we can heal ourselves with our thoughts. There are so many wonderful stories of people healing themselves of stage 4 terminal diseases, cancerous tumors disappearing instantly on ultrasound, and people being able to see/hear/walk again, with thoughts alone. We have been taught that we aren't capable of such things, and the people who say we are, are said to be "delusiona"l, or "embellishing" their tale- and while that might be the case for some, the evidence is becoming harder to look away from and say it isn't possible. (and let's face it, if you knew you could heal yourself from almost anything except loss of limb, or even prevent yourself from getting sick, why would you ever pay to go to the doctor?)
I myself have experienced the healing power of the mind, but don't take my word for it, try it for yourself. You have nothing to lose (but negative thoughts and limiting beliefs) and quite possibly a whole new world to gain! 🙏💜💫
