STEPS FOR ONLINE CONSULTATION:
1. Please read carefully the Data Privacy Form and the Informed Consent For Telemedicine

2. By sending us a private message, you signify your agreement to the above documents.

3. For patients with HMO, please call your respective HMOs, get a a soft copy of the LOA and email it to pediaclinic2020@gmail.com

4. If you do not have an HMO, you may pay the consultation fee through online banking (BPI and BDO) or Gcash and PM the transaction receipt.

5. The duration of the online consultation will be about 30 minutes. I might need you to submit pictures and videos to help me with the diagnosis.

6. Please note that online consultation has its limitations. You might be asked to see me at the clinic or see a physician for a more thorough assessment.

7. Proceed to the online consultation by sending a private message.
