The Cacao Ceremony, known for its ancient roots and ceremonial significance, will provide a serene and introspective experience for participants. This will be followed by a Vision Board Making workshop, empowering attendees to manifest their aspirations for the coming year.

3. Repeat Regularly: Consistency is key.
* Set aside time each day to repeat your affirmations. You can do this in the morning, before bed, or throughout the day. Repetition helps reinforce the positive beliefs in your mind.
4. Put emotion into your affirmations. Believe in what you're saying. Feel the positivity and confidence associated with your affirmations. The more you can connect with the emotions, the more effective your affirmations will be.
5. Be patient.
