Because of the continuing threat of COVID in our community, kindly follow the measures when visiting the clinic:

📌 during the day of your appointment, answer the health check text sent to you and send back to the secretary at least 2 hours prior to your visit

📌 observe strict appointment schedules

📌 if you have COVID symptoms like cough, fever, colds, shortness of breath, diarrhea, loss of sense of taste or smell, considering visiting the ER or community clinics designated for COVID

📌 use a face mask AND a face shield upon entering the premises

📌 a foot bath and alcohol are available for use

📌 only the patient will be accomodated inside

📌 use contactless mode of payment whenever possible
