The Newborn Hearing Screening Reference Center (NHSRC) will hold its "𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫-𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲" 𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.

Additionally, in observance of UP Manila’s annual Mandatory Holiday Break, the 𝐍𝐇𝐒𝐑𝐂 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞).

To ensure processing before the break, we are implementing a cut-off for the purchasing and ordering of Registry Seals. Please be guided by the following schedule:

𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐮𝐭-𝐎𝐟𝐟: Orders must be placed by 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, 𝐚𝐭 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌.

𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞: All orders with complete requirements and payments (via DBP, GCash, LBP LinkBiz, or UP-Manila Cash Office) made on or before 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.

𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐤-𝐔𝐩 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞: These orders will be available for pick-up on or before 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.

Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed when office operations resume in 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.
