Good evening Fellow Alumni!
Here's the minutes of the meeting last May 22, 2021:
1. Each Batch will submit list of Officers - on or before June 1, 2021.
2. Once list of officers from Batch 91-2020, we will invite the President and Vice President, as Batch Representatives, to a meeting on June 4 or 5, 9am to 11 to participate in the Election for the General Officers for the Alumni Association. (Note: all batch President and Vice President are automatically part of the Core Team, but will have to Elect for President, Vice, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor and other functions in the organization on that day. The meeting will be at Gothong Open Gym to those who can attend physically, but to those who can't, you may join over google meet by invitation.
3. We need to create our Strategic Plan, like Vision, Mission, Goals and Core Values ASAP.
4. Branding for the Alumni Association down to the per batch's organization.
5. Eventually, in the near future, we will register the association to Securities and Exchange Commission to have legal entity as an organization.
6. One of our roles as an association is to help alongside with the school and to help out batch mates in need, like during calamities, fire incidents and the likes. Our presence will be felt in the school and communities.
The School Principal, Mr. Gerome Misa, will be releasing a memorandum about these matters within the week.
Come on Fellow Alumni! Tell your leaders or coordinators to submit the list of officers and be proactive in this endeavor.
