Mga Stroke ng Swedish Massage

Ang Swedish Massage ay isa sa pinaka kilalang massage technique sa mundo. Gumagamit ito ng iba’t ibang strokes para ma-relax ang muscles at mapabuti ang circulation.

1. Effleurage

Ito ay long, smooth gliding strokes gamit ang palad ng kamay.

Layunin:
• painitin ang muscles
• improve blood circulation
• ihanda ang katawan sa deeper massage

2. Petrissage

Ito ay kneading o pagpisil sa muscles gamit ang kamay.

Layunin:
• i-release ang muscle tension
• improve muscle flexibility

3. Friction
