This weekend, all OB GYNs in the Philippines will be having their Midyear Convention in CEBU!!🎉

Dr. Dosdos will attend this convention as the Moderator for the Scientific Sessions, so no clinic in Toledo this weekend!!

🚨🚨FAKE MED CERT ALERT‼️ 🚨

This med cert is CLEARLY FAKE and FORGED by someone who:
❌ was NEVER my patient!!

We have electronic records powered by NowServing by SeriousMD, we can check our patient records from 2017 until today, in ANY clinic, be it online or face to face, in a matter of seconds!

❌ She did not go to my clinic on the date stated (NO CLINIC THAT DAY! 😆)

❌ wrote that the Date of issue is "April 3" but she was treated until "April 6"??? Na predict niya ang future? 😂

❌ "Bleeding and infection" is NOT a diagnosis. So clearly, this person is NOT a doctor as well. 😅

❌ No signature

❌ No license number.

❌ NO VALIDATION CODE! Yes, mga mhie, Dr. Dosdos' medical certificates issued from NowServing by SeriousMD has a unique validation code that differs from patient to patient, and even has different code for the SAME patient at EVERY CONSULTATION DATE.

That VALIDATION CODE can be verified by your HR, your school, your mom, or your suspicious girlfriend 😅 by emailing a photo of the med cert to: support@nowserving.ph.

🚨🚨Remember, under Philippine Law, falsification of documents, INCLUDING MEDICAL CERTIFICATES is a serious offense, punishable under the Revised Penal Code (RPC). 🚨🚨
