Job Title: Clinic Assistant
Job Summary: Are you a professional, service-oriented team player seeking an exciting opportunity in the heart of Cebu City? Look no further! We're hiring a Full-Time Clinic Assistant to join our bustling chiropractic practice.
As the first point of contact, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our practice members. We're seeking candidates who thrive on attention to detail, excel in communication (English, Cebuano, Filipino), and are adept at multitasking and organization. If you embody a positive, courteous, and professional attitude, we want to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(1) Patient Care & Support:
- Assist the chiropractor with patient care, including preparing patients for chiropractic adjustments and performing rehab exercises as directed.
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing assistance and answering questions as needed.
(2) Record Management & Administrative Tasks:
- Manage patient records with precision, updating information and maintaining organized files.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
- Register patients accurately and explain financial obligations, handling payment transactions with professionalism.
(3) Appointment Scheduling & Calendar Management:
- Schedule appointments efficiently, optimizing treatment room utilization and ensuring the chiropractor's calendar is up-to-date.
- Communicate changes to clinical staff and assist in managing physicians' schedules.
(4) Customer Service & Marketing Support:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating engaging social media posts and organizing community events.
(5) Additional Duties:
- Contribute to general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
- Cross-train with other team members to support clinic operations as needed.
Requirements:
- - Previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
- - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- - Outstanding work ethic and professionalism.
- - Proficiency in administrative tasks and basic computer skills.
- - Knowledge of marketing principles is a plus.
- - Must uphold confidentiality and patient privacy protocols.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 Hours per Week - Weekend Availability Required
SALARY: Above minimum wage plus incentives
