We can only imagine the loss and grief of the family which took over the excitement of having a newborn. Our sincerest condolences to the bereaved family.

For now, the hospital is conducting a thorough investigation of the incident. Until the investigation is over, we are appealing to the public to refrain from making any speculation or conclusion which will only add to the pain of the affected family.

We assure the public that the hospital practices the best possible care for its patients. The judgments of the medical doctors and staff are based on their extensive training and experiences applicable to the patient's diagnosis. Our medical team is determined to save lives at all times and we make sure patients are provided the best care under the circumstances.

VSMMC encourages our stakeholders to refrain from violent, threatening, abusive, and harassing words and behavior until we get back to you for the truth of this incident.

Should you have any concerns relative to your medical care and experience in VSMMC, we have an avenue for feedback in Customer Relations and to the direct offices in the medical center to immediately address the issues, concerns, and feedback.
