At CrossFit Subtero Underground, our Kids Class is designed to build strength, confidence, coordination, and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment.

We teach proper movement early so your kids grow up active, capable, and ready to take on any challenge.

Classes are for ages 6 to 10, every Saturday from 3PM to 4PM.

The CrossFit Subtero Kids Summer Program is here and it’s more than just play.

Designed for kids ages 6–12, our program combines age-appropriate fitness, teamwork, and games to build strong bodies and even stronger character.
