Please be guided by UP Memo 2025-032 regarding classes, OJT/RLE, and office duties as the University implements safety measures following the recent earthquake.

1. College Level - Classes will be in a blended learning modality (synchronous/asynchronous) from October 20-25, 2025. Faculty are to conduct at least one synchronous session. Midterm exams will proceed on November 4-7, 2025.

2. Basic Education Department - Online classes will be conducted from October 20-24, 2025. The period of October 25 to November 3, 2025, will be a break and self-review period for the November 4-7 examinations. Exam coverage will only include topics covered on the Second Grading.

3. School of Law, CPA Review, Graduate School, RITTC, and ETEEAP - Classes shall continue online.

4. OJT and RLE Duties - Will resume on-site duties on October 20, 2025.

Office operations to resume October 6, face-to-face classes October 8

Following the inspection conducted after the recent earthquake, we would like to inform you that the Quadricentennial Building and all buildings in both Basak and Main campuses have been declared structurally sound and safe for occupancy.

In this connection, please be advised of the following :

1. On-site duty will resume on Monday, October 6, 2025.

2. Face-to-face classes in the College and Basic Education levels will resume on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Asynchronous modality will be observed on Monday (October 6) and Tuesday (October 7).

3. On-site classes in the School of Law, Graduate School, ETEEAP, RITTC, and CPA Review shall be at the discretion of their respective Deans/Directors.

| IMMEDIATE ADVISORY ON CLASSES AND WORK ARRANGEMENTS.

Please be advised that due to the recent events, the University of San Jose-Recoletos is implementing the following arrangements effective on October 2, 2025 until further notice:

- Classes in ALL LEVELS will transition to asynchronous mode. College faculty must submit their activities to their respective academic chairs using the official LMS.

- Classes in the School of Law, Graduate School, ETEEAP, RITTC, and CPA Review will be conducted online.

- Office Professionals and ANTF shall follow a Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement.
