What is Holistic Health?

Holistic Health is when your mind, body and spirit are in alignment and balanced.

How do we reach this? One of the things that I practice especially being a new mom is SELF-CARE.

Being a new mom demands time and pressure from daily activities. To make sure that I don't see myself being off balance, I make it a point to have at least 15 mins to 30 mins of SELF-CARE daily.

SELF-CARE consists of the things I love such as doing my daily meditation, yoga, journaling or even having a nice long shower. It can be anything that can take you off your mind from the demands of daily life. If jogging, baking or reading a book helps you with this, do it as long as it makes you happy. Do some activity that helps you get in touch with yourself.

When you do certain things that you enjoy and put it as part of your daily routine. It will definitely give you that emotion of Happiness. When you are happy and in touch with yourself, thats when you may start to find that BALANCE in your life.

Try to incorporate that one thing. Find the time and let me know if you see such difference in how your day goes!💕✨

My 60 min. reiki sessions bring about clarity to an individual by releasing and relaxing our mind. When our mind is distracted with a lot of things, sometimes we feel off balance. When we are off balance and our energy is low, sickness can emerge and the flow of energy in our body can be disrupted.

Thru my in person / zoom guidance, let me assist you to get into that state of deep relaxation and non- ordinary state of conciousness.

People ask me, why do I love crystals so much and if I believe in the healing benefits of it? I tell them that, its a personal thing. Crystals have energy, just like everything around us has energy. Everything that we see is a creation.

Think of crystals as an energy that makes you happy. Its just like a friend who comes in a room who has such a positive energy.. after a while you realise that the energy your friend brings affects your energy as well in a good way. Welcome to Ren-ki Holistic alternative healing. ❤️ I am Casey Keren who is a yoga teacher and a reiki practitioner. I have been practicing a more holistic lifestyle since 2015.

Ren- means a Lotus flower in Japanese. Lotus flower symbolizes an awakening, rebirth and enlightenment in my life as well as it came from my Jewish name Keren which also means Ray of light.

Ki- in Japanese, literally means "air". In which the Japanese culture believes that we are surrounded of this life energy force which flows within us. In Chinese it is called Qi or CHI. In Hebrew, it is called Ruah, which means Breath of Life.

I am now ready to open this site as a venue to share my learnings, practices and holistic events to everyone who are open to receive a more holistic approach in their lives.

I have been incorporating different practices such as yoga, reiki, aryuveda, meditation, healing crystals,pranic healing, healthy and vegetarian meals as part of my daily practice.
