What is Holistic Health?
Holistic Health is when your mind, body and spirit are in alignment and balanced.
How do we reach this? One of the things that I practice especially being a new mom is SELF-CARE.
Being a new mom demands time and pressure from daily activities. To make sure that I don't see myself being off balance, I make it a point to have at least 15 mins to 30 mins of SELF-CARE daily.
SELF-CARE consists of the things I love such as doing my daily meditation, yoga, journaling or even having a nice long shower. It can be anything that can take you off your mind from the demands of daily life. If jogging, baking or reading a book helps you with this, do it as long as it makes you happy. Do some activity that helps you get in touch with yourself.
When you do certain things that you enjoy and put it as part of your daily routine. It will definitely give you that emotion of Happiness. When you are happy and in touch with yourself, thats when you may start to find that BALANCE in your life.
Try to incorporate that one thing. Find the time and let me know if you see such difference in how your day goes!💕✨
