Finally!!! TOPS will soft re-open to the public on Valentines Day, February 14, 2024! With its award-winning, old-meets-new design.
This kicks off the next great chapter of the ever-evolving TOPS story.
After over a year of redevelopment, TOPS is now a vibrant complex of world-class yet
affordable recreational activities and dining establishments.
Introducing a wide range of award-winning ultra-modern amenities that will delight both residents and tourists alike, without forsaking our cherished heritage.
The key highlights of the rejuvenated TOPS:
▪️The Circle at TOPS: A panoramic paradise
---At the heart of TOPS is the main viewpoint itself - The Circle at TOPS. (open 24 hours a day, every day, including weekends
and holidays, rain or shine.)
---To stay true to the beloved roots, the iconic arches were kept,
---hexagonal tile patterns,
---telescopes,
---and of course, the famous bell.
---For added security, CCTV will likewise be operating 24/7.

▪️24/7 - While TOPS is open 24/7, each establishment has their own operating hours, with no breaks.
▪️STREET FOOD - In addition, popular local street food will be sold throughout the park, showcasing AUTHENTIC everyday Filipino eats like squid ball and taho.
▪️Event space and viewing decks
---Above the restaurants is an event space on the 3rd floor and new viewing decks on the 4th and 5th. Perfect location for weddings,
concerts, parties, conferences, and other gatherings. Guests wearing heels need not worry, as elevators are available to take you to the venue.
---The new viewing decks have made Cebu City’s highest point even higher. For the first time ever, guests will be treated to a full 360-degree view of not just the city skyline, but also the surrounding mountainside greenery
---At the viewing decks, couples can now seal their relationships with the Promise Locks.
▪️Lodging at Hostel Honeycomb
Spending the night at TOPS is now a reality thanks to the all-new Hostel Honeycomb, a premium mountain hostel with modern first-rate amenities for guests’ utmost comfort with its own bar for those seeking a drink or two.
▪️Expanded transport and parking options
---A shuttle service is currently being planned and once ready, will be launched to transport guests directly to TOPS from IT Park and JY Square Lahug and vice versa.
---Guests may also drive directly to TOPS, where Cebu’s tallest parking building can
accommodate over 800 vehicles, including motorcycles, on eight (8) storeys for reasonable fee. From there, golf carts are available to transport guests to The Circle.
---Bicycle racks are also provided.

▪️Accessibility, safety, and connectivity
--- Accessibility for PWD, elderly, and Pregnant guests is prioritized with elevators in the main
building and ramps throughout the development. Enhanced safety measures include better lighting along TOPS Road, more signage, first-aid facilities, CCTV, and security and medical personnel. All of these will be operating 24/7.
---All restrooms are kept clean and fully + sanitized. Each toilet comes with its own bidet spray.
---Wi-Fi is also now available at TOPS! Guests may connect to the internet at The Circle for a very reasonable price. ATMs are also available.
▪️Pet-friendly environment
All pets are welcome at TOPS! But owners should follow house rules for cleanliness and safety. When applicable, pets must be leashed and wearing diapers at all times. Owners are requested to bring their own p**p bags and clean up after their pets.
▪️Celebrating creativity
---There will be regular live musical performances, drawing/painting sessions, and other art activities at TOPS. Special events will be held to celebrate major holidays and festivals.
---To capture precious memories, guests may avail of their professional photographer services, including drone operators, throughout the park.
