Obesity is a complex & chronic disease.

To prevent obesity, people can

✅ limit total fat & sugar intake
✅ eat more fruit, vegetables, whole grains & nuts
✅ do regular physical activity

Remember, obesity is PREVENTABLE!

Too much salt and sugar can lead to heart disease, stroke, diabetes and cancer. Have at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables every day and make sure your blood pressure is in check!
