The Commission on Family and Life of Sto. Rosario Parish, Cebu City, seeks to instill in the family self-reliance and self-determination to free them from bondage of spiritual emptiness, illiteracy and poverty. It operates within the context of the Church teachings and the parochial policies on parish-based religious organizations and movements. The parish family life ministry is putting the family at the center of everything, in planning, in determining priorities making sure that the family can be given a good, efficient and Christian value formation and service. It signifies commitment to be an active partner of the parish Vision and Mission.
