What is CCA?
Call Center Academy (CCA) is the leader and pioneer in call center, medical transcription, and java programming training, an accredited institution of TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority), and a member of CEDF-IT (Cebu Educational Development Foundation for Information Technology), HIMOAP (Healthcare Information Management Outsourcing Association of the Philippines), and PSIA (Philippine Software Industry Association). It was established in 2001 in Makati to address the pressing need of providing employment opportunities for the call center and business process outsourcing (BPO) industry.
It initially started as a training institution, offering public classes on call center training programs and catering to aspiring call center agents – fresh graduates and career shifters. The Academy, then, expanded its horizons by giving customized training programs and consultancy services to private companies (across different industries) and schools. The Academy also offers placement, customized training for fall outs and also near hire agents.
In recent times, several business organizations have observed that there is now a SUPPLY-DEMAND gap between the current talent pool and the demand of Call Center (BPO) employment needs. In line with this, and as a TESDA accredited institution, CCA has been regularly offering FREE training classes for aspiring call center agents and helping them find employment after their training. Furthermore, CCA has placement and training arrangements with several of the largest call centers in the country.
