Being a teenager comes with big feelings and real pressures.

“Vibe Check: Mind in Motion” opened the conversation on adolescent mental health, emotional regulation, and building healthy coping skills. This meaningful health talk was conducted on January 7, 2026 for our Grade 11 students, in cooperation with the Philippine Pediatric Society – Central Visayas Chapter.

Our speakers, Dr. Hannah Lei Ho, Dr. Joseph Lim, and Dr. Leizel Conde-Sebrero, shared valuable insights and guidance for the adolescent mind, under the leadership of Dr. Emmalyn Reveldez, President of the PPS–CV Chapter.

Together, we continue to create safe spaces for learning, understanding, and prioritizing mental health for our learners
