Serenity Yoga by Rica My name is Rica Angela Cinco and I am a Certified Yoga Instructor. I offer private and group in-person and online yoga classes.

I got my Vinyasa Teachers Training and Restorative Yoga Training at Mudra Yoga School under the guidance of Senior Teacher Pascale Wettstein. I teach Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gentle Flow, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Kids Yoga for yogis of all levels. I offer private, corporate and group yoga lessons. Yoga has helped me personally in a lot of aspects in my life and have been reaping the benefits of this practice. My aim is to share my love for yoga to others by creating a safe environment to every individual who wants to explore what yoga means to them.

The practice of yoga asanas can be for every individual. There are no prerequisites to practice since there are many styles to choose from in terms of intensity, from mild to moderate to high, and based on your capabilities and current health status. I have taught kids, seniors, people with disabilities, and active individuals. It is a matter of incorporating breathwork and respecting the body's limitations.

So stop thinking that you need to be flexible to start doing yoga. Yoga offers so much benefits including improving your physical and mental health. This is why I wish to invite you to get started with this practice since yoga is indeed for everyone 🙏

The practice of yoga asanas can be for every individual. There are no prerequisites to practice since there are many styles to choose from in terms of intensity, from mild to moderate to high, and based on your capabilities and current health status.
