Pure Heart Philippines A community of Catholic missionaries aiming to live and share the beauty of pure love with the youth The world is thirsting for authentic love.

The Filipino youth are experiencing an alarming increase in abuse, teenage pregnancy, suicide, etc. We seek to help the youth quench this thirst by leading them to the love of God and helping them live holy and healthy relationships in order to protect the Filipino values of faith and family. Pure Heart Philippines is an affiliate of Corazon Puro. In 2014, it was established in Cebu and has so far reached more than 22,000 Filipino youth and young adults.

Last Saturday, March 22nd, the last of the first wave of missions with scholars took place at the EDM Dumaguete center, in Negros Oriental. Three missionaries from Pure Heart Philippines bravely endured the long bus rides and crossed the sea by boat to serve our dear EDM scholars. 🙌🙌🙌

Massive thanks to Mr. & Mrs. Rhino Rhine and Shaunize Acre for sharing the story of their total, free, fruitful, and faithful love.

Happy Solemnity of the Annunciation! May we, by the example of the Blessed Virgin Mary, learn to always say "YES" to the will of the Father and love like he loves us.

After ng Cebu, punta naman tayo sa Tuguegarao, Cagayan Province para sa EDM Tuguegarao Project Heart2Heart Session 5! Back-to-back with our mission in EDM Cebu, some of our Pure Heart missionaries went to Northern Philippines to speak to the scholars about what true love is and the beauty of marriage.

The scholars were blessed to hear the story of a local couple, from Tuguegarao, Mr. & Mrs. Crescente and Marie Antoniette Pagaddu, and learned so many insights about marriage and how to discern if it's true love.

We'll be back in April for Session 6 in Tuguegarao City! Please pray for our scholars there!

Confiding therefore in your goodness I come before you. Do not turn down my petitions, foster father of the Redeemer, but graciously receive them. Amen.

Last February 15th, the day after Hearts Day, we kicked off our first wave of EDM missions for 2025 with Session 5 of Project Heart2Heart in EDM Cebu Center, Cebu City! 🎉🎉🎉

For Session 5, we shared to the scholars of EDM Cebu the beauty of marriage. The scholars were so blessed to hear the testimony of Mr. & Mrs. Dino and Arlene Cañeda, of the Family and Life Ministry of the Alliance of Two Hearts Parish. This was truly a grace-filled day, discovering the beauty of true love.

Looking forward to seeing the EDM Cebu scholars end of April 2025!

✨ Last Saturday, March 8th, we had an amazing monthly meeting with Pure Heart Philippines! We began the meeting with Holy Mass celebrated by Fr. Yan Maria, CSJ, then Adoration, followed by a time of fellowship. We also celebrated the lives of our March celebrants: Joy, Angie, Leah, and Jade.

🔥Joy, our full-time missionary, gave the TOB in 10 talk, sharing with us her insights on our purpose and how it is linked to our vocation. Guests from different walks of life also shared their testimonies on how they lived out the call to love in their respective vocations. We thank Tito Jojo and Tita Connie Suico, Rev. Fr. Junel Fuentes, Sr. Beatrice Israel, PDDM, and Fr. Yan-Maria Mistina, CSJ, for sharing their stories to all the young people.

🙏🏻 May we all be inspired to open our hearts to listen to God's call for each one of us and aspire to do God's will daily!
