Salamat sa imong pangutana — importante kaayo nga mag-amping kung buntis ka ug adunay arthritis o pananakit sa mga lutahan.

**Una sa tanan:**

Ayaw una og inom ug bisan unsang tambal nga wala pa nimo masultihi ang imong OB-Gyne o doktor sa imong pagbuntis. Daghang tambal para sa arthritis nga *dili luwas para sa buntis*, labi na ang uban nga makadaot sa bata o makasamot sa dughan.

**Kasagaran nga gi-tambagan sa buntis nga adunay arthritis:**

1. **Luwas nga opsyon (kasagaran):**

* **Paracetamol (acetaminophen)** – mao ra kasagaran nga gitugotan para sa kasakit sa panahon sa pagbuntis.

* **Warm compress o warm bath** – makatabang mupa-relax sa mga lutahan ug kaunuran.

* **Mild stretching o prenatal yoga** – kung tugotan sa imong doktor.

* **Balanced diet ug hydration** – likayi ang taas kaayo ug asin o pagkaon nga makapa-inflame.

2. **Mga tambal nga dili kasagaran gitugotan sa buntis:**

* **Ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac (NSAIDs)** – *dili luwas*, labi na kung naa na ka sa ikatulong trimester.

* **Steroids o uban pang anti-rheumatic drugs (methotrexate, leflunomide, sulfasalazine, etc.)** – kinahanglan og espesyal nga pagtutok sa doktor.

**Ang pinakamaayong buhaton:**

👉 Adto sa imong OB-Gyne o rheumatologist aron sila mismo ang mohatag sa luwas nga tambal base sa imong kondisyon ug trimester.
