💶 1 month advance 1 month deposit (negotiable)
‼️ Deposit is non-refundable but consumable
💡 With submeter each room for electricity
🚰 Water is ₱150/head

🔑No curfew
🚭No smoking premises
🔥 No cooking inside the room (except for Rice cooker)
👫👭 Visitors are allowed (make sure they won’t disturb other tenants)
♻️ Practice “Clean As You Go”
🍱 Food and stores are available nearby (bread, market, pharmacy, etc)

🗓 Stay should be not less than 3-4 months (but we do considerations)
🏠 Monthly rental rate is 6,000
💵 One month advance, one month deposit (security deposit is NON-Refundable but Consumable)
💦 Fix water fee of 300 per month per room
⚡️ Electricity has it’s own sub-meter
📹 24/7 CCTV monitored

⏱ No curfew
🚿 No water supply interruptions
🧹Clean and well maintained
🔇Quiet and safe neighborhood
🚌 Transportations, food stalls/stores are accessible
🧑‍🍳 Cooking is not allowed inside the room (only rice cooker)
🚬 Smoking is allowed ONLY at the rooftop
🧺 Laundry and drying is allowed at the rooftop
🗑 Garbage should be thrown every day at the main box near the gate
🚽🛏️ Cleaning the room and CRs are tenants responsibility please maintain cleanliness (like when you move in)
👫 Visitors are allowed (with some house rules)
