本日、CBEAチャイルドケアサービスでは、子どもたちが日本の伝統行事である子供の日を祝うために揚げられる色鮮やかな鯉のぼりをテーマにした特別な日本文化レッスンを楽しみました 🎌

レッスン中、子どもたちはこいのぼりが強さ、勇気、そして忍耐の象徴であることを学びました。日本文化では、鯉は強い流れに逆らって遡ることができることから尊敬されています。これは、子供たちが困難に立ち向かい、強くなり、決して諦めないことを学ぶのと同じです💪✨

🎏 Japanese Lesson Highlight: KOINOBORI (Carp Streamers) 🎏

Today at CBEA CHILD CARE SERVICE, our little learners enjoyed a special Japanese cultural lesson featuring Koinobori , the colorful carp-shaped streamers traditionally flown in Japan to celebrate Children's Day 🎌

During the lesson, the children learned that Koinobori symbolizes strength, courage, and perseverance . In Japanese culture, the carp is admired because it can swim upstream against strong currents—just like children learning to face challenges, grow stronger, and never give up 💪✨

👶 What the children did during the lesson:

Learned simple Japanese words related to Koinobori

Listened to a short story about the carp and its meaning

Identified different colors and sizes of Koinobori

Created their own Koinobori artwork using paper, crayons, and stickers 🎨

Practiced fine motor skills while cutting, coloring, and decorating

Love is in the air as our little learners explore Japanese love words and create beautiful Valentine decorations! 🌸

Today, the children learned simple Japanese expressions such as:
