Most common symptoms include:

⚜️ Neck Pain
- dull, aching, or sharp pain in the neck and may worsen with movement or after prolonged sitting/standing

⚜️Stiffness
- reduced range of motion when turning the head; feeling of tightness or resistance in the neck muscles

⚜️ Headaches
- often start at the base of the skull and radiate to the forehead or temples known as cervicogenic headaches

⚜️ Radiating Pain
- pain that travels from the neck to the shoulder, arm, or even into the hands and fingers.
- usually caused by nerve compression

⚜️ Numbness or Tingling
- "pins and needles" sensation in the shoulders, arms, or hands.

⚜️ Muscle Weakness
- weak grip strength or difficulty lifting objects; the affected arm may feel clumsy or uncoordinated

⚜️ Clicking or Grinding Sounds
- sensation or sound when moving the neck (crepitus), often due to joint degeneration

⚜️ Dizziness or Balance Issues
- in some cases, especially if vertebral artery involvement is present
