Attention all students!

We are pleased to inform you that we are accepting applications for our Priority Badge. This Badge will distinguish students who need to be given priority under any conditions. Just fill up our pre-regestration google forms

Requirements:
•Medical Certificate or Medical Record of your Condition
•Photocopy of student ID

Note:
•State your strand, year, section
•Prepare 25 pesos for availing the priority badge
