We have always been passionate about empowering people through providing psychological services. In this day and age where people are constantly chasing happiness we are noticing the irony that people are increasingly unhappy. happiness is considered as the state of comfort and ease, basically, it means feeling good. Why then, despite life getting objectively better in recent years, has su***de rates risen around the world? Standards of living are objectively rising, yet more people are feeling anxious, hopeless, lonely and depressed.

It is our mission to provide through our services, an avenue, an opportunity for people to grow, the strength, the capacity to endure and make meaning, in-spite of the troubles life has to offer. We aim to provide clients the space to tell their stories that enable them to create hope, resilience and strength that we believe is within each individual.
