TOOLS: Easy Chair Yoga postures, Breathing, Energy/Qi movements and Mindfulness.
MECHANICS: Online sessions are 45 minutes via Zoom or other apps. Cost: P1,000 per session. Schedules can be at any time, mutually arranged.
