The Department of Surgery of Perpetual Succour Hospital of Cebu extends its warmest congratulations to Dr. Basil Valencia for successfully passing Part II (Oral Examinations) of the 2025 Philippine Board of Surgery Certifying Exams. This remarkable achievement is the culmination of years of dedication, perseverance, and a steadfast commitment to surgical excellence.

Dr. Valencia will be formally conferred the title of Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Surgery (DPBS) during the Philippine College of Surgeons 81st Annual Clinical Congress this December 2025. His success stands as a testament not only to his personal diligence but also to the spirit of excellence that the Perpetual Succour Hospital of Cebu's Department of Surgery seeks to uphold and nurture in all its trainees.
