We gather to co-create a sacred container where voice and sound guide us back home—to the heart and soul. Beng will gently lead us in opening our voices and sing from a place of deep heart presence, while Kymberly Kaivalya will guide us back into our inner sanctuaries with a closing sound healing journey.
Kirtan is a sacred form of musical meditation and devotional chanting that originates from the Bhakti yoga tradition. It involves call-and-response singing of mantras, usually accompanied by instruments like the harmonium, drums, and cymbals. More than just music, kirtan is a heart-opening practice that invites participants to connect deeply with the Divine, themselves, and the collective energy of the group. Whether you’re singing, listening, or simply feeling the vibrations, kirtan is a powerful way to quiet the mind, uplift the spirit, and experience unity through sound.
