About Nitty 'n Nice Within is Janice Arado or Nitnit as called by her close family and friends. She is a certified yoga instructor, having received training under Yoga Alliance and ExpertRating Yoga Certification in Yoga Asanas and stretching exercises. She was first mentored by Jeanne Torrefranca, a certified yoga instructor and the teacher’s teacher of yoga in Cebu City, Philippines. Nitnit started teaching beginner's yoga starting with simple poses. Beginning practices with straightforward yoga poses to build a foundation and focus on basic asanas to enhance flexibility and strength. Subsequently, she developed a passion for sharing yoga with children, including those with special needs. To further hone her expertise in teaching yoga to kids, she underwent training as a Kids Yoga Instructor under the guidance of Teacher Jaime Amor of Cosmic Kids, a company recognized as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. This training further emphasized the credibility and quality of training Nitnit can provide in teaching yoga to children. Nitnit is active on social media platforms in promoting her advocacy. She shares insights from her experiences, including travel tips and updates about events she attends. She is associated with OG (Organic Goodness) as Co-Founder, a Licensed Distributor of Lifestyles Philippines, Inc., a PSI (People Synergistically Involved) graduate who has been a Chief of Staff and coach for adults and kids seminars. She describes herself as an entrepreneur, yoga enthusiast, registered massage therapist, music and sports lover, pet lover and food aficionado. Graduated Bachelor in Business Administration – Management in Silliman University but chosed to be a wellness advocate and co-managing the family business. Overall, Janice seems to be an active and diverse individual involved in various aspects of life.
