In partnership with the Philippine Red Cross, we are inviting everyone to participate in our Blood Donation Drive. Your single act of kindness can save multiple lives.

✅ QUALIFIED DONORS:
✔️ Aged 16–65 years old (16–17 w/ parental consent)
✔️ Weigh at least 110 lbs (50 kg)
✔️ In good health
✔️ Passed physical screening on-site

💡 Before donating:
• Have enough sleep
• No alcohol 24 hours before donation
• Eat something light, avoid fatty foods

💧 After donating:
• Drink plenty of fluids
• Rest and avoid heavy activities
