Laurence King Quijano, fondly known as "Chowking," represents the wisdom of the Green Team 2025. At a young age, Laurence has already showcased a deep commitment to public service, anchored in strong values and moral integrity.

A former seminarian and active Church server, Laurence holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and is currently pursuing a Master's in Public Administration and a Law degree. His leadership journey began as SK Federation President in 2018, followed by his service in the 4th, 5th, and 6th Sangguniang Panlungsod of Carcar City. He has also worked as a counselor for the Community-Based Rehabilitation Program, proving his dedication to the welfare of Carcaranons.

Now a Barangay Councilor of Valladolid, Laurence continues to inspire the youth with his vision for a brighter, more progressive Carcar City. As the youngest member of the Green Team, he embodies hope, wisdom, and innovation for the city's future.
