It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the untimely passing of Ms. Sonia A. Empinado, our esteemed Assistant Chief of Hospital for Administrative Services of CCMC. Her departure leaves a void that is not easily filled, as Ms. Empinado was not merely a professional colleague but a beacon of inspiration and compassion within our healthcare community.

Ms. Empinado's years and years of government service and her unwavering dedication to her role was evident in every aspect of her work. She approached her responsibilities with a rare blend of expertise, kindness, and an indomitable spirit that left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of working alongside her. Her leadership fostered a sense of purpose among the entire staff.

During this difficult time, our thoughts and condolences are extended to Ms. Empinado's family, friends, and colleagues. May they find strength in the memories of her remarkable life, and may she rest in eternal peace.
