The Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center Department of Neurosurgery of the Brain and Spine Center proudly presents the first-ever Stereotactic Radiofrequency Pallidotomy done outside Metro Manila and first to be done in a Government Hospital in the Philippines .

This is a case of a 59 year old female with a diagnosed case of Parkinson's Disease with severe dyskinesia.

This momentous event would be a stepping stone in our goal in improving our service into greater heights as an Apex Hospital for Brain and Spine cases towards our stakeholders, kay "Dinhi sa Sotto, Kalidad na Serbisyo, among Garbo"
