A: hindi , kapag ito ay tama ang position (nakatayo), free of any cavities and it doesnt cause u any pain or harm. Pero, kung ito e impacted, palihis or partially naka labas and it causes u crowding, discomfort or any pain, then thats the time na dapat sya alisin kasi pag napabayaan sya e mas masakit pa xa sa panloloko sayo ng jowa mo.
