Last May 26, 2025, the Commission on Mental Health gathered for a year-end party filled with laughter, connection, and celebration!

Together with the officers and volunteers of A.Y. 2024–2025, we enjoyed a smiles-filled lineup of activities — from an exciting maze game and hilarious rounds of charades, to creative performances and a touching time capsule moment where we sealed memories to look back on someday. ✨

Cheers to a year of advocacy, teamwork, and care. Thank you for being part of this meaningful journey — padayon ta!

To our dearest advocates, as we close this academic year, we look back at the journey we've shared— from the early planning days to the small and big wins along the way. It has been a truly meaningful ride, and through it all, every step, every effort, every moment of support made a difference. We’ve stayed true to our mission because, in COMH, we are here for you. 💚💜

The Holmes and Clues booth by PICE, EMS, and COMH turned curiosity into competition at the USJ-R Intramurals 2025 Booth Fest! 🕵️‍♂️🔍 From testing memory skills to crafting personalized bracelets, participants cracked codes and created keepsakes—all while having a blast! 🧠🎨💡

🌟 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴! 🌟

The officers of the USJ-R SSC Commission on Mental Health are actively participating in the 𝟭𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 at the 3F Activity Center, Ayala Malls Central Bloc, Cebu City. This year’s theme is “𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨: 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝘼𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚.”

This conference provides an essential platform for driving mental health initiatives forward. It encourages us to foster environments where mental well-being is a priority in every part of life.

As we collaborate with mental health advocates and professionals, we are shaping a future where mental health becomes a core focus in all communities. Together, we are laying the foundation for a stronger, more resilient world where everyone’s well-being is protected and uplifted. 💚

The morning kicked off with our Mental Health Day celebration, filled with interactive and mindful activities that brought the Josenian community closer. Various commissions set up vibrant booths, offering support, resources, and fun for everyone. In the afternoon, we were moved by a powerful and insightful session that left a lasting impact on all who attended. Huge thanks to everyone who participated and contributed to making the day unforgettable! Together, we continue to prioritize wellness and unity. 💚
