Prayer for Protection and Healing After an Earthquake
Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of faith and trust. The earth has shaken beneath us, and fear has touched our spirits, yet we know that You are our refuge and strength.
Lord, we pray for the safety and protection of everyone affected. Embrace those who are afraid, heal those who are injured, and comfort the families who may have lost loved ones. May Your peace calm our hearts and remind us that You are always with us, even in times of uncertainty.
We also lift up to You our community and leaders. Grant them wisdom, courage, and strength to respond with compassion and unity. Help us extend our hands to those in need and keep our hope firmly rooted in Your love.
Lord, rebuild not only what has been shaken around us, but also strengthen our faith within us. May this trial draw us closer to You and to one another.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen. π
