Sometimes, the signs of a child struggling with mental health aren’t obvious — but they’re there. If you notice your child or a young one you care about feeling sad for weeks, acting out more than usual, having trouble sleeping, or pulling away from friends and family, it might be more than just a phase. Changes in behavior, mood, or school performance can be their way of asking for help. 🤝

Remember, early support can make a big difference in a child’s well-being. Don’t hesitate to seek out support from a mental health professional — because every child deserves the chance to grow, heal and thrive. 🌿💙

Men's mental health matters, too.. let's give our support by treating them with compassion and kindness.

This June, as we observe 𝙈𝙚𝙣'𝙨 𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝, let's remember that men need support too just as much as others do! 💙✨

Too often, men face silent struggles—battling stress, anxiety, or depression quietly because society tells them to “tough it out” or “man up” and are expected to figure out their problems on their own. But in reality, strength lies in opening up, asking for help, and knowing it’s okay not to be okay. 🫂

This month, let’s break the stigma together. Reach out to the men in your life — fathers, brothers, friends, partners, colleagues and remind them they’re not alone. Encourage open conversations, provide accessible resources, and show support to promote their well-being! 🧠🎉
