The Tech-Voc Graduation Rites was successfully held, highlighted by an inspirational message delivered by Hon. Bokal Doc Art Oandasan, Committee Chair on Education.

The event was also graced by the presence of Hon. Governor Jerry Singson, who led the Conferment of Graduates, with Hon. Bokal King Rafanan serving as the Guest Speaker. Also present during the ceremony was Hon. Bokal Third Ranches, whose presence further honored the occasion.

Hon. Doc Art Oandasan, Committee Chair on Education, delivered an inspiring message highlighting the values of service, compassion, and excellence in the midwifery profession.

Hon. Ryan Luis Singson, Vice Governor of Ilocos Sur, also delivered an inspirational message, reaffirming the provincial governmentโ€™s unwavering support for the advancement of future healthcare professionals.

The message of Governor Jeremias โ€œJerryโ€ Singson was formally presented by Bokal Fayinna Pilar Delgado, who conveyed the Governorโ€™s warm congratulations to the Midwifery Department and to this yearโ€™s candidates and awardees.

The ceremony also featured Jonnelle Solomon, RM, RN, MD, as the Guest Speaker, who shared professional insights and words of encouragement for the graduating midwifery students.

Also present was Dr. Roel Palo Anicas, College Administrator, whose continued leadership and guidance strengthen the academic formation of ISCC students.

The event stood as a meaningful celebration of dedication, commitment, and the noble calling embraced by the 49th batch of ISCC Midwifery students.

The Province of Ilocos Sur formally inaugurated the One Ilocos Sur Hotel, a significant development that strengthens the provinceโ€™s commitment to excellence in tourism and hospitality.

The event was graced by Gov. Jeremias โ€œJerryโ€ Singson, together with the honorable members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan: Bokal Doc Art Oandasan, Bokal Third Ranches, Bokal King Rafanan, and Bokala Fayinna Delgado.

Also present were the honorable mayors: Mayor Josh Cubangbang of Cabugao, Mayor Victoria Favis of Magsingal, and Mayor Edna Sanidad of Narvacan. Along with Provincial Administrator Marlon Flavier Tagorsa, the department heads of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, Sangguniang Bayan Member Bobit Singson, and Atty. Jannah Singson.
