The Health Emergency Management Staff (HEMS) of ISPH Gabriela Silang and Provincial Health Office conducted Emergency response fundamentals for Nursing students of University of Northern Philippines. The Pediatrics Department of Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital Gabriela Silang headed by Dr.Djimbo Alexis Oandasan conducted lecture series,health promotion and community support at Villamar Elementary School, Villamar Caoayan Ilocos Sur in observance of National Cancer Awareness Month.
