Please be advised of the updated Outpatient Consultation schedule.

In observance of the Founding Anniversary of Ilocos Sur on February 2, 2026 (Monday), there will be no OPD check. We will be operating on emergency calls only.

Meanwhile, on February 5, 2026 (Thursday), the last OPD call will be taken at 12:00 noon as the office will be conducting a planning session for upcoming health advocacies.

The customized Vigan City Health Scorecard , on its 7th year of implementation continues to serve as a vital tool in evaluating the health and nutrition programs of the city’s barangays.

From January 14–16, 2026, the Vigan City Evaluation Team assessed barangays across key areas, including Health Governance, Financing, Licensing, Health Services, and their overall impact. This initiative aimed to strengthen barangay-level delivery of essential health services further while recognizing barangays' efforts and accomplishments in promoting the health and well-being of their communities.
