𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦| 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗬𝗔, 𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗧, 𝗞𝗘𝗡 𝗞𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗞𝗘𝗗: 𝗭𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗮 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗸 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽!

Day 2: The Vigan Central School students showed incredible patience, love, and enthusiasm at our Zumba and folk dance workshop on March 20, 2025! This event, reflecting the theme "Fostering Wellness, Cultural Appreciation, and Gender Inclusivity Among Learners through Music, Arts, Sports, and Health Education," was a huge success. Stay tuned for more exciting events!💃🕺💫

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦| 𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗨𝗔𝗬: 𝗔 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆!

Day 1: On March 13, 2025, the Bachelor of Physical Education 1 students and Vigan Central School joined forces for an unforgettable event! 🎉

Under the guidance of their LTS-NSTP advisor, the theme "Fostering Wellness, Cultural Appreciation, and Gender Inclusivity Among Learners through Music, Arts, Sports, and Health Education" was brought to life. 🎶🎨🏀

The activity aimed to explore the creativity of elementary students, encouraging them to think outside the box and express themselves through papers and clay. 📄🗿

It was a day filled with laughter, learning, and lots of creativity! 🤩

The children had a blast showcasing their talents and skills, and the BPE 1 students had the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives. 🌟

We are so proud of everyone who participated in this event, and we can't wait to do it again next week! 🎉

Day 1: The Bachelor of Physical Education 1 students, under the guidance of their NSTP-LTS adviser, Sr. John Christian M. Bagasala, are the masterminds behind the successful PANAGPARNUAY event! 🌟

Their hard work, dedication, and passion for making a difference in the lives of others have truly paid off. 🎉

From planning and organizing the event to leading the activities and interacting with the children, the BPEd students have shown exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to excellence. 👏

Sr. John Christian M. Bagasala's guidance and support have also been instrumental in the success of the event. His wisdom, experience, and enthusiasm have inspired the students to go above and beyond and to make a positive impact on the lives of the children. 💖

BPED 1 proudly participated in the Leadership Camp held at Balai Ylocos, San Vicente🏖️, and had an unforgettable experience filled with learning, camaraderie, and fun! Over the course of two days, we embraced every challenge and opportunity to grow as future leaders. From the creativity of banner making, where we designed flags that embodied our group spirit, to the physically and mentally demanding endurance activities that tested our limits, each task brought us closer together.

The team-building activities taught us the importance of trust and collaboration, while the inspiring lectures from esteemed guest speakers opened our minds to new perspectives on leadership, empowerment, and the future of guiding others.

This camp was not just an event it was a journey of self-discovery, teamwork, and creating lasting memories. BPED 1 is grateful for the chance to learn, lead, and connect with fellow students and SEA teachers from Indonesia. We embark by taking the lessons we've learned and becoming the leaders of tomorrow!"

"PANAG KAYKAYSA"

BPED 1 and BSED-SOCSCI 1 united in a dynamic circuit training session, building flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, power, strength, and speed together!

Today was a perfect example of how teamwork, collaboration, and a little bit of fun can transform a regular fitness session into something truly memorable! BPED 1 and BSED-SOCSCI 1 came together for an action-packed circuit training workout, pushing limits and building strength, endurance, and flexibility. But what truly stood out were the smiles, the laughter, and the shared moments of joy that made every challenge feel lighter. Fitness isn’t just about building muscles it’s about creating connections, sharing energy, and celebrating each other’s progress. Looking forward to more moments of sweat, strength, and shared success!

"Teamwork, energy, and determination! 💪🎉 Our relay games were a perfect blend of fun and fierce participation. Everyone gave their best, proving that collaboration always wins the race! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Today the Bachelor of Physical Education 1 experienced team building activities, these kind of activities aim to develop Our body physically, social cooperation and even mentally. Every individual gave their very best to execute those activities that requires team work in order for them to pass.
