We are looking for an HR & Payroll Officer who is responsible for timekeeping, calculating employees' compensation, updating internal payroll databases (Sprout) and ensuring timely payments/salary payout. This role is also responsible for benefits administration. It will also serve as BCP and support the finance team when needed. The HR & Payroll Officer is directly reporting to the Head of HR and has collaborative coordination with finance for funding payroll and other monetary benefits.
If you:

Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
β
Have at least 2 years in timekeeping and payroll
β
Have proficiency in MS Office, HRIS (Sprout), Salesforce, and Xero (preferred)
