Magandang araw!

Ang Rural Health Unit (RHU) ng Claveria, Masbate, sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), ay magsasagawa ng libreng medical check-up at PhilHealth YAKAP (Enrollment at Updating) sa mga sumusunod na barangay:

📍 Iskedyul ng mga Aktibidad:
• April 21, 2026 – Barangay Mabiton (saklaw din ang Barangay Buyo at Barangay Tagulid)
• April 22, 2026 – Barangay San Isidro (saklaw din ang Barangay Boca Engaño)
• April 23, 2026 – Barangay Poblacion 2

Layunin ng mga aktibidad na ito na magbigay ng abot-kayang serbisyong pangkalusugan at tulungan ang mga residente sa pagpaparehistro, beripikasyon, at pag-update ng kanilang PhilHealth membership.

👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ Hinihikayat ang lahat ng residente na makilahok, lalo na ang mga hindi pa rehistrado o kailangang mag-update ng kanilang PhilHealth impormasyon.

🗂️ Mangyaring magdala ng mga sumusunod na dokumento (kung mayroon):
✔️ Valid ID
✔️ Birth Certificate (ng miyembro at mga dependent)
✔️ Marriage Contract (kung kasal)
✔️ Barangay Indigency Certificate (para sa Non-4Ps)
✔️ Senior Citizen ID o anumang valid ID (para sa mga senior citizen)
✔️ 4Ps ID (para sa mga benepisyaryo ng 4Ps)

MAGANDANG ARAW PO!

Ito ay ipinaalam sa lahat na magkakaroon ng LIBRENG MOBILE CHEST X-RAY sa April 24, 2026, sa tulong ng DOH Center for Health Development Bicol.

📌 Mga Target na Makikinabang:
• Edad 2–14 taong gulang (may request mula sa doktor)
• Edad 15 taong gulang pataas

📌 Prayoridad sa X-ray:
• Walang dating history ng TB
• May mga senyales at sintomas na posibleng TB
• Household contact ng bacteriologically confirmed TB case
• Household contact ng clinically diagnosed TB case (edad 2–5 taong gulang, walang GeneXpert na nagawa)

📌 Mahahalagang Paalala:
• Pakikalat ang impormasyong ito sa inyong barangay
• Tiyaking alamin kung ang pasyente ay dati nang nagpa–chest X-ray (gaano na katagal)
• 200 katao lamang ang matatanggap sa isang araw
• I-submit ang listahan ng pangalan sa nakatalagang barangay personnel o maaaring pumunta sa clinic
• Maaari ring ipadala ang listahan ng inyong barangay para sa consolidation
• Ang edad 2–17 taong gulang ay kailangang may kasamang adult companion

📢 PHILHEALTH YAKAP ACTIVITY CONDUCTED

Successfully conducted PhilHealth YAKAP at Brgy. Nonoc last April 10, 2026.

The activity aimed to assist residents with:
✔️ PhilHealth registration
✔️ Member data updating
✔️ Konsulta information
✔️ Benefit orientation and inquiries

Thank you to the Barangay Officials of Brgy. Nonoc for their support and cooperation, and to all residents who participated in the activity.

Together, we continue to bring health services closer to the community. 💙

🩸 Mobile Blood Donation Drive Success! 🩸

We successfully conducted our mobile blood donation activity today, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated.

Special thanks to our Mayor for the full support and for personally donating blood. We also appreciate our Barangay Captains, Barangay Kagawads, and dedicated BHWs who took part in this life-saving effort. We also thank our Parish Priest for generously donating blood.

To the hardworking staff of the MHO, thank you for your commitment and dedication that made this activity possible.

The Burias Inter-Local Health Zone (ILHZ) Meeting held on March 27, 2026 at Atlaza Resort successfully brought together LGUs of Claveria and San Pascual, the Provincial Health Office, and key healthcare partners.

Key discussions focused on strengthening the referral system, transfer of secretariat, and enhancing collaboration—all aimed at delivering faster, more efficient, and quality healthcare for every Buriasnon.
